I've helped over 100 clients over the past 8 years, ranging from 13yrs - 93yrs. Ive set up local foreverfit classes and coached local community groups such as The Mens Shed, on how to move well, increase stability and prevent injury.
Ive participated in 1 marathon and three half marathons, currently training for a triathlon.
I've learnt how to rebuild my body after a major surgery and health battle.
Ive completed my MAC-NUTRITION COURSE and TRAINING STIMULUS COURSE.
Worked with a variety of clients with sporting backgrounds such as Golf, badminton, football and horse riding.
I focus on the three main areas, mobility, strength & stability with an emphasis on the biomechanics, injury prevention. maintenance and form. I've worked with numerous clients battling with a range of health conditions, from stomas to hip replacement, meniscus issues and frozen shoulder, each resulting in greater understanding and confidence around staying active leading to the client getting back to the things they love. Not one plan is the same. We Look at the past and present needs and challenges to help create a plan that provides lasting effect and prevention of injures.
